Just wanted to give you the heads up that my sister-in law has been working with Lisa Lanni to possibly purchase her first home. Katie put in an offer on the house yesterday (also happens to be on the market by one of your other realtors), and she should hear back today or tomorrow. I have been helping out, mostly on the financial side, but Lisa has been wonderful to work with. Very helpful, responsive, and seems to know her stuff.
