I've been a Licensed Realtor since 2002, beginning my career with Hilbert Realty in Greece. In 2003, I also returned to RIT to focus on E-Commerce and Service Leadership, graduating with high honors. This gives me a considerable edge on how to best market in this new global business environment.
Prior to selling Real Estate, I worked in Corporate America providing staffing solutions to Kodak and Xerox. Having spent 9 years at Kodak as a Recruiter, this was a logical fit. At the same time, I also purchased several investments to flip, and a rental property in Naples. These experiences bolstered my interest in a full time career in real estate. In my early career, I owned and operated a restaurant/bar for 9 years in Hamlin and in Point Breeze, NY.
My strategy focuses heavily on the internet to sell homes. I subscribe to Realtor.com, the clear market leader in terms of real estate search. I also subscribe to Google to maintain the 1st place position for Spencerport and Greece NY real estate. These subscriptions keep my properties in the forefront of buyers and sellers, providing the most exposure possible. In addition, my listings get posted on over 50 other sites, including Trulia, Craigs List, Homesteadnet, Zillow, Landwatch, just to name a few.
Current statistics reflect over 80% of homebuyers search the internet for their next home. Make sure you hire a Realtor that has kept technologically current with the times and is educated in the e-Markeplace of today.

Hobbies and Interests
I love to golf, kayak, garden and landscape, and just about anything outdoors. I am a Hospice Volunteer through Visiting Care Nurses in Webster and also enjoy Pierre's delivery at The Father's House in Chili. I've been a Junior Achievement Volunteer and United Way Team Lead and Volunteer many times over the years.
I have two daughters, Priscilla and Valerie both currently attending college. I live in the Village of Spencerport with my chocolate lab "Bella", and a cat ingeniously named, "Cat".
